Does the introductory price apply to every account?
No. It is presented as a new-client offer with conditions. Confirm that it appears in the account before authorizing payment.
Which per-minute price should be used?
Use the live rate displayed on the selected advisor profile. The provider’s general reference rate is not a substitute for the profile rate.
How quickly should an email reading arrive?
The provider publishes a 24-hour target and says most email readings arrive within 72 hours. Its FAQ describes cancellation or account-credit options when a request remains unmatched; verify the current wording.
